Influencer Marketing Manager

ONNO T-Shirt Company is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our small but rapidly growing company.

The position

• Active outreach and prospecting to find Instagram influencers, using a platform like Aspire, Impact or Traackr.
• Communicating, negotiating and forming new relationships with Instagram influencers.
• Create and maintain about 100 profitable influencer relationships.
• Work with Influencers to increase and optimize revenue, and ensure the relationship is profitable for ONNO - tracking total return on spend, and CAC.
• ONNO is a fully remote company. Our headquarters are in Boulder, Colorado. You’re welcome to move here, but you don’t have to :)
• We are hoping to find someone that wants a long-term position. If you’re right for ONNO, we won’t want you to leave.

About you

• You have lots of energy, and like to work hard.
• You are self motivated.
• Working remotely is easy for you.
• You wake up ready to go and get lots done.
• You’re optimistic.
• If you make a mistake, you always own it 100%. You have no problem saying “I was wrong’ or ‘Oops, I screwed up’.
• Ideally, you have at least 2 years experience in building relationships with influencers. Your work experience was at a strong D2C brand, like ONNO. You have been taught and/or have figured out some best practices to bring to ONNO.
• If you don’t have the direct experience we’re looking for, but have amazing energy and you’re exceptionally smart, let's talk!
