Influencer Marketing Coordinator
Summary: The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will focus on supporting Benefit’s earned social media initiatives. They will be responsible for the expansion and tracking of an existing influencer talent base. They will work closely with the Social Media Manager to support monthly marketing
campaigns and drive brand awareness. They will be introduced to the inner-workings of the beauty industry and must be prepared to work responsibly in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will need to be organized and well written, with a positive, can-do attitude.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify, acquire, and maintain new influencer contacts to join internal brand relations
program.
• Assist Social Media Manager with execution of strategic plan to grow brand
awareness/advocacy & drive incremental exposure for our key products while bringing
brand DNA to life.
• Cultivate and develop consistent and ongoing relationships with new and current
influencers via off channel social moderation.
• Manage campaign tracking and weekly reporting to measure internal brand relations
program success in partnership with Brand Relations and Digital PR Manager.
• Support Brand Relations team by organizing and executing key product sends as
needed.
• Keep a pulse on beauty & makeup trends and communicate key trends which we
should participate in.
• All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years digital influencer experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + experience using
Google doc
• Proficient in Instagram & YouTube platforms
• A passion for social media & the beauty industry and knowledge of beauty content
creators across all social platforms
• Strong organization skills and a demonstrated ability to execute projects on time & work
collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
