Assistant Manager, Influencer Marketing
ABOUT SKINFIX
Skinfix is the first clean and clinically active skincare brand that is tested, recommended (and personally used), by unbiased dermatologists to promote optimal skin barrier health. We formulate powerful, non-irritating skincare products with a carefully curated combination of synergistic actives and other emollients, minerals and nutrients that provide exactly what the skin needs to directly help heal, replenish and maintain the vital skin barrier. We use active pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical ingredients at their clinically validated active levels so that they are effective at targeting each skin concern that we treat.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
As Skinfix’s Influencer Marketing Manager, you have a critical role in developing and driving our influencer strategy to support the marketing goals and the continued growth of the company. Reports to the VP of Marketing.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support multi-tier Influencer Marketing Strategy for brand
Tracking and reporting on measurable KPIs
Facilitate communication for influencer partnerships across different social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other influential spaces
Support influencer partner programs (RewardStyle, Octoly, etc.)
Grow brand’s influencer list by strengthening recruiting and management strategies
Develop and execute influencer mailers (sourcing supplies, creating mailer, sending out)
Manage contracts and day-to-day communication with influencers/creators, including briefing and evaluating creative content
Support brand partnership with Sephora, including developing programs, obtaining strong P-Page content, etc.
Collaborate heavily with Marketing, PR, Social and Sales cross-functional team members to support both retail and DTC marketing plans and business goals
QUALIFICATIONS
4-5 years’ experience leading influencer marketing
A deep understanding of how to recruit and work with top tier talent, influencers and content creators
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
Proven track record of identifying, managing and delivering measurable influencer marketing partnerships and campaigns across multiple platforms
Deep passion for and understanding of the clean / beauty / skincare industry and consumer-packaged goods industry
Strong aesthetic and comfort briefing and evaluating creative content
A go-getter with a strong work ethic and ability to be agile and thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial-minded environment
Must be a team-player and willing to pitch in when help is needed (ex. shipping out mailers)
Experience working with Sephora a plus
Experience working with dermatologists a plus
