TikTok Creator Marketing Solutions (TCMS) is responsible for the TikTok Creator Marketplace as well as the products, programs, and services that enrich creator marketing on TikTok, such as our Creator Marketing Partners, Managed Service Providers, and our suite of branded content tools. . The Client Success team is essential in enabling key brands to leverage the marketplace and other TCMS solutions effectively across their creator activations. This role is critical to the overall success of the platform in terms of product adoption and evolution towards making creator marketing faster, easier, and more efficient.
Responsibilities - What You'll Do
- Educate clients on the benefits of collaborating with creators and share TikTok specific best practices.
- Advise clients on creator marketing strategies, timelines, campaign workflows, develop training programs, and lead product demos.
- Be an expert on the functionality and value proposition of the TikTok Creator Marketplace and act as a trusted advisor to clients across a variety of verticals and segments.
- Take responsibility for key account expansion by onboarding clients onto the platform, ensuring they activate high quality creator marketing campaigns, and sharing results.
- Conduct internal and client-facing workshops, advise on best practices, and drive the adoption of new products and features.
- Analyze product adoption data and provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to the product team to inform product roadmap.
Qualifications
Qualifications - Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of client facing experience in a SaaS, social media, or start-up environment.
- Expert in influencer marketing with deep knowledge and first-hand experience leveraging industry-leading tools that help identify and activate creators for social marketing campaigns.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, high EQ and empathy for clients who may be new to the discipline of creator marketing.
- Passion for the creator economy.
