MMC is seeking an Account Supervisor Brand Management/Influencer leader for some of our top-tier beauty accounts at the agency. In this role, you will be a daily executional leader and team integrator on brands that could include Hydrafacial, Sally Hansen, COVERGIRL, and more.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Serve as first point of contact for clients, agency partners, influencers, and vendors
- Manage client interaction with decisiveness and hustle
- Strong storytelling skills in the form of influencer recommendations/briefs, merchandising results for client update
- Take a highly responsive, always-on approach to clients’ requests
- Be the voice in a room with clients, with a desire to lead conversations and chime when a communications perspective needs to be heard
- Influencer identification and vetting, budgeting influencer programming, content review & approvals, etc.
- Maintain a clear, level-headed mindset during swells of activity and high-stakes moments (e.g. launches, mailers, events)
- Manage events, mailers, activations from “soup to nuts” including budget management, team oversight, message track writing, run-of-show coordination, day of event contact, project oversight, etc.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years of account management and influencer marketing experience in communications agencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Beauty (makeup, skincare, nails, fragrance, etc.) account experience
- Is dynamic; has a confident & galvanizing presence for the level; is courageous and able to leverage expertise to counsel marketing clients
- Strong leadership skills and 2+ years managing direct reports
- Inherently proactive; knows how to guide clients & help the team stay ahead of trends and business needs; identifies agency growth opportunities.
- Passionate and eager to try new things; helps the team consistently evolve and improve how they work.
- Serves as an inspiring leader, assists the team in engaging with clients confidently and in remaining agile; contributes to a positive, productive culture.
- Client-centric in thinking with a high degree of empathy; helps the team think through the client’s lens
