Bumble is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and organized events-focused Coordinator to help build Bumble’s brand as the leading relationships and social networking app in the United States.

Reporting to the Community Marketing Manager, you will support Bumble's collegiate marketing efforts through ideation and project management support of experiential activations that build brand love across college campuses in the US.
You will assist with the execution of high-impact programs to generate growth and engagement amongst college communities and help spread word-of-mouth through unique live event activations in the United States. Leaning on their knowledge of what’s relevant and on-trend to deliver high-impact, shareable moments to a Gen-Z audience. You are creative, adaptable, and unafraid to step outside of the box to pilot new tactics.
Key Accountabilities
- Events
- Communicate with external agencies to project manage timelines and deliverables
- Develop workback plans to keep the internal work streams on track
- Coordinate event staffing and schedules for experiential programming
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR/Communications, Legal, Merch, Influencer, and Integrated Marketing teams
- Coordinate merchandise orders, managing tracking and delivery of event merchandise
- Manage Splash events calendar; work with Creative team on refreshed assets and copy for events
- Ideate and own pre-event promotional strategy to raise awareness and attendance at events
- Research key events and partnerships that are on brand and relevant for Gen Z in North America
- On-site support for College IRL programming to drive growth in order to hit or exceed business KPIs across the US
- Post-activity follow up: gathering reports, collating photos, & storytelling results
- General
- Develop and own creative briefs, collaborating with the Creative team to develop assets that resonate with a Gen Z audience
- Contribute to and manage Google Drive, with substantial experience using Google Sheets
- Contribute to and create targeted growth driving tactics in order to hit or exceed business KPIs across the US
- Brainstorm, identify and execute events & partnerships across the US
About You
- You are based in the US
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- You have a minimum of 1+ year(s) of experience in Marketing
- You are passionate about the Bumble brand vision and values
- You are a team player who fosters connection and builds trusting relationships
- You keep up with the ever-changing social and cultural landscape, and are ahead of the curve in identifying new trends
- You are organized, detail oriented, and have strong planning and organizational skills.
- You are a self-starter who thrives on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight, with a 'can-do' attitude and a flexible approach
- You communicate honestly and openly, while creating the environment for others to do the same
- You are adaptable and can comfortably handle change, evolving approach to meet business needs
