We're an 11-year-old boutique public relations agency for beauty, home, and lifestyle brands. WHO YOU ARE

You're a rising communicator with 2-3 years post-graduate public relations experience, either at an agency or in-house. This is not an entry level role. Ideal candidates will have experience with national consumer brands and services in the categories we serve, existing media relationships, and an impressive book of earned print, digital, social, and broadcast press hits.

WHAT WE OFFER

Our Junior Publicist role is a full time, salaried position with an annual salary range of $50k-$60k (DOE) with benefits: paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), mobile phone and internet stipend, flexible daily schedules, and year-round Summer Fridays. This is a completely remote position.

WHAT YOU’LL OVERSEE

Your day to day includes media and influencer relations, the creation of press materials, executing all day-to-day PR processes, and ensuring a best in class client experience.

HOW YOU WILL BE MEASURED

Your KPIs include monthly press placement goals, creating quality content, working in harmony and alignment with the team, and achieving client happiness and retention.
