Osmo Salt offers premium cooking & finishing salts co-founded by the viral celebrity chef, Nick DiGiovanni. We are looking for a Social Media/Influencer Manager with strong writing and organizational skills to join the team. A self-starter who is data-driven is a key hire for us as we continue to grow and scale the company.

Qualifications

• The person in this role should be well versed in all things TikTok/YouTube Shorts/IG Reels, very well aware of the trends in the space, and have a natural ability to create engaging content on the platform
• Have a passion for creating food and beverage related content
• Proven ability to create engaging short-form content
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and communicative personality
• Deep knowledge of how to create trending content in a changing landscape
• 1+ years experience working in marketing, social media, or similar

Responsibilities

• You will be tasked with the ideation, development, and execution of short form content strategies to help grow awareness, build community, and increase attributable sales
• Day to Day management of our TikTok account
• Creating 20+ pieces of original content per week
• Developing and maintaining account roadmaps, content strategies, and calendars
• Identifying relevant short-form trends and sounds to capitalize on
