Social Media Community Manager Responsibilities
- Reporting into the Social Media Manager, this role will support social media efforts to drive meaningful connection and increase brand loyalty
- Own, monitor and address any customer support inquiries across all social channels in a timely manner
- Actively engage with our social media audience, partnering with Influencer & Community Marketing team to build brand engagement
- Partner with Content Editor and Guest Experience team to become the “voice of the brand” on social media. Ensure there is a consistent, on-brand customer experience across all social media channels
- Assist Social Media Manager on social copy
- Keep on top of all social media trends, including existing and new social media outlets and provide recommendations on the types of content SCL should create
- Support Social Media content creation
- Be an expert on all things SCL in order to provide recommendations to customers as well as help with sizing, customization and product care related questions
- Support in managing the SCL Social Content Calendar
- Support in the execution of the social launch strategy for all collections, including Instagram posts, stories, reels, IG Highlights, TikToks, etc.
- Monitor, record and analyze metrics and outcomes of marketing programs in order to create seasonal recaps and reporting
- Assist in other social media related responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience with working knowledge of social media platforms or in a customer service related field
- Social Media obsessed with a strong knowledge of Instagram & TikTok and a passion for growing and fostering communities
- Ability to capture content in a way that feels engaging
- Eagerness to learn more about social strategy
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with ability to oversee projects to completion
- Working knowledge of Social Media Automation Tools, Microsoft Excel / Office and Google Docs
- Applicants must be 18 years of age and able to work legally in the USA
- Ability to work 4 days in our NYC office
