The Social Media Content Manager role will work with the Senior Social Media Manager, Director of Communications and Creative Director on analyzing, ideating, creating and executing high-end, engaging, and dynamic beauty and conservation-focused social content for Chantecaille that aligns with the brand’s marketing plans while also owning management and organization of all existing content.

Content

• Envision, propose, and create content for social platforms for both organic and paid use.

• Manage, curate and oversee organization of past, current, and future video and photography content creation for social while maintaining a clear comprehension of the existing content library

• Create custom video and still content for the brand in planned and last-minute, one-the-go creation.

• Assist with development of cohesive and intelligent social media strategy plans for campaigns

• Leverage KPI and analytics to drive the Brand’s strategy for improved on all Creative projects in

Position Responsibilities:

Social Community

• Research and gather data and competitive research to develop well-informed strategic plans/creative concepts for brand initiatives across all consumer touchpoints

• Source social media platforms for potential creator partners

• Continually research trends across digital platforms to ensure content output is relevant to each platform utilizing best practices

• Analyze content across platforms, ensuring content performance increases for all channels

Collaborate

• Collaborate closely with cross-functioning teams (Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, and Sales) for social support.

• Partner with Creative Director and Senior Social Media Manager to develop content strategies across consumer touchpoints.

• Collaborate with communication team, digital designers, influencers, and brands for content collection and for future planning initiatives

• Liaise with internal stakeholders across the brand marketing department to ensure proper social support of ongoing priorities and initiatives

• Align with the marketing teams to plan for content that aligns with brand’s marketing calendar

Position Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in social media content creation, influencer marketing for a brand with a rich digital portfolio available for review

• Must have a strong understanding of the social media space, Facebook, Tik Tok and Instagram communities, influencers, conversations, and trends

• A keen eye for design, photography, and aesthetics

• An ability to think creatively and strategically with strong analytic skills

• A comprehension of the beauty industry and market

• A comprehension of luxury aesthetics and clientele

• Excellent verbal communication and copywriting skills

• Fluency in photo and video editing apps and analytic tools

• Experience managing social media for a luxury and/or beauty company

• Strong collaborator who takes direction well and is a team-player

• Ability to pivot quickly and adapt easily to strategy or deadline changes

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and multi-task

• Fluency in social media trends, both temporary and long-term

• Ability and experience in capturing content optimized for social media,

• Extremely organized and thrives in fast-paced, creative, environments

• An interest in conservation preferred
