Purpose
Digital Brand Commerce (DBC) creates the digital future by delivering a premium digital experience centred on our consumers. The aspiration is to define and build the ecosystem empowering Business Units by providing a consistent digital strategy, direction, and capabilities, leading all one seamless experience across all digital touchpoints.
Your objective is to drive the US eCommerce Analytics function. You will motivate and grow a talented team to provide actionable insights that drive strategies and business outcomes. Your team will be comprised of business and media analysts, each with clear roles and responsibilities to support US eCommerce. As a key leader in the Insights and Analytics team, you will be critical for promoting and demonstrating the value of a data-driven culture throughout the organization. One of your first major tasks will be to lead Analytics in the transition of Reebok eCommerce platforms, in collaboration with SPARC Group, re-establishing the function from the ground up. With a variety of tools and datasets at your disposal, you will set the overarching analysis strategy, assessing key priorities, tools, and defining a roadmap for the team.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the overall digital analytics strategy, including KPI Framework, Forecasting and budgeting , Analytics platform strategy, will deliver the best return.
- Define & leads strategic Analytics projects for the business, digital experience, and media, providing reporting and actionable insights to decision makers.
- Spearhead 5 year data-driven planning process for Reebok.com to drive growth and conversion
- Drive digital analytics services (across all digital channels i.e.Social/PR/Web/Influencer) to achieve our business goals
- Drive actionable insights to support the effectiveness of our product franchise
- Create and embed segmentations & other relevant tools in the business
- Oversee the analytics toolbox, enabling the brand marketing organization to work data driven and have timely actionable insights
- Introduce and embed analytics best practices
- Design, specify, produce and at times build reports and dashboards
- Ideate and design documentation of project information with internal and external groups.
- Support team in QA of work, ensuring on time, concise and accurate team deliverables and that data is accurate as well as relevant
- Act as a mentor/coach for analytics team members, identifying and supporting their growth as well as succession planning, in line with business objectives
- Build strong internal and external network for maintaining industry expertise and understanding of the digital advertising and eCommerce landscape
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or quantitative field
- 8+ years of experience in eCommerce/ Digital Marketing, preferably in online retail or at a media agency.
- Leadership experience in Digital Analytics at enterprise level on client or agency side is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytics and reporting skills including business intelligence, data visualization and dashboarding.
- Good knowledge of Web analytics, Media Analytics platforms and CDPs.
- Advanced MS Office – PowerPoint and Excel
- Experienced data storyteller, able to connect data, craft actionable insights and effectively communicate to all levels of the business
Additional Tools and Platforms Experience:
- Web Analytics (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 360).
- Voice of the Customer tool (e.g. Qualtrics, Talkwalker,)
- BI & Visualization Tools (e.g. Tableau, MicroStrategy, Alteryx)
- Testing & Optimization tools (e.g. Optimizely, Adobe Target).
- Database Programming (SQL, Snowflake) preferred but not required
- Python, R, or other scripting experience also preferred but not required
