And, our founding team are seasoned industry veterans with successful track records as entrepreneurs and in leadership roles at well-known tech, CPG, and disruptor brands.
About The Role
Marketing is a core and critical function at Hologram. Building, and bringing to life, compelling consumer wellness brands that connect with people emotionally and offer holistic solutions to real consumer challenges is the very heart of what we do.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Director, you will lead owned social platforms as well as influencer, affiliate, and partner initiatives for Hologram and its brands day-to-day. You will play a key role on the marketing team to shape, define, elevate early-stage brands through content and channel activation. You will work closely with the growth team and product teams to ensure the brand’s values, voice, and visual identity are delivered through our digital brand. You will be a strategic partner for integrated marketing efforts.
Accelerate Your Career As You
- Lead all consumer brand’s social media, including Hologram Sciences profiles and creating & editing social media posts, and brand storytelling content.
- Collaborate with brand Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Science team as an avenue to create engaging content and grow brand awareness.
- Build relationships with affiliates and influencers and oversee content development by these third parties.
- Work alongside the Customer Experience (CX) team to draw insights on what consumers are feeling, and help power strategic, operational, or creative solutions to affect positive change.
- Partner with the Senior Brand Director and cross functional teams to build content strategies for nascent brands.
- Analyze, report back, and elevate key performance metrics.
- Help manage a regular flow of freelance writers and contributing editors for pieces for brands.
- Support overarching marketing campaigns & PR initiatives.
Qualifications
A Bit About You:
- Strong grasp of social media trends and experience of managing a social media account, including strategy and day-to-day execution. Knowledge in a range of audience trends across gen X, millennial, and Gen Z age groups.
- Experience working with third party creators in service of a brand; briefing and maintaining strategy & quality standards with affiliates, influencers, writers, and podcasters.
- Experience in creating and editing content in a fast-paced team, such as a startup, newsroom, magazine or digital content marketing team. Health & wellness space a plus
- Ability to think and collaborate across media — including editorial, video, and social — to strategize and implement digital content packages.
- Success scaling brands though repeatable processes.
- Worked at a startup or other organization requiring high levels of adaptability, innovation, and speed.
- Familiarity with metrics reporting tools and ability to read, analyze, and act on metrics
- Interest in health & wellness or nutrition space .
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
