Influencer and Content Coordinator

We recently launched our latest project — Galerie De RTA® — Galerie is a creative space for brands and influencers to interact with one another. It mimics an artistic dwelling, where brands get an opportunity to serve as installations themselves. Similarly to a showroom, we will be doing influencer gifting for our clients here, and will need our coordinator to manage appointments, create content, and act as the curator for each influencer and brands experience while working together.
This role is a versatile role between creative and marketing. We’re looking for someone young in the industry, with a strong understanding of cultural trends and social media. The right background includes experience with social media, wether it be the brand or personal side. You must have an understanding of social trends and influential figures, not only in our community but for culture as a whole. Finally, a keen awareness for style, direction, and aesthetic is critical for this position.
The day to day role will include creative direction, influencer and brand relations, and frequent content creation (iPhone, UGC, Tiktoks, Reels).

Overall Responsibilities and Role
- Manage The Galerie (Our Influencer Showroom for gifting and UGC Content Creation)
- Arrange showroom and gifting appointments with influencers
- Concept, Shoot, and Edit TikToks at The Galerie with Influencers
- Building social and creative briefs for influencers to create UGC for clients
- Must have a license and be able to drive for errands around downtown
- THIS ROLE IS IN PERSON ONLY IN DTLA
Content Coordination
- Shoot and edit TikToks / Reels for clients
- Gathering assets, organizing files and contributing to the final product.
- Participate in content development and ideation.
- Concept content ideas with trending sounds, text, and strategy
- Write out ideas in formal creative briefs for presentation to creatives, influencers, and brands
- Work with creators and influencers to make content
- Delegate asset creation to content creators and other team members
- Shooting and edit iPhone photos
- When needed you will help on on production sets for client photoshoots, films and events. This includes overall coordination of models, content creators, and other production needs. This may also include casting, location scouting, and catering booking.
Influencer Coordinator
- Reaching out to influencers for partnerships and giftings
- ·Providing support to senior-level team members, including research, fact-checking, coordinating product gifting, creating content, and scheduling content
- Schedule and attend influencer appointments at Galerie
- Keep Galerie clean, curated, and ready for new visitors by helping with brand installations, playlist creation, and content prep
- Shoot and edit content for influencers to post
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in creating content on social media
- Experience in working with content creators to plan / produce shoots for clients
- Ability to present and support creative concepts in a confident and professional manner
- Comfortable with the basic understanding design and creative in respect to each client
- Exceptional writing & communication skills
- Strategically-inclined way of thinking
