AMN RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), a division of AMN Healthcare is seeking a Senior Director, Candidate Marketing and Digital Strategy to join our dynamic team, where every day at AMN Healthcare we are Empowering the Future of Care. This position is a fit for someone who has the ability to build relationships with people at all levels, both internally, externally, including the C-Suite level. Must be agile and adaptable, to be able to connect with and develop rapport with individuals throughout the entire RPO Team.

Is a natural influencer for team members through effective communication. Demonstrate self-assurance, confidence, and lead a team by example.

Experienced at developing and implementing innovative tactical and strategic candidate generation marketing projects. Work with a high level of consistency, discipline, and focus to achieve positive results and meet the expectations of internal and external customers.

Capacity to stay on top of best practices. Ability to be proactive and have a sense of urgency with every task.

What the Senior Director, Candidate Marketing and Digital Strategy will do:

  • Create innovative marketing programs to identify, attract, and engage, talent for our RPO solution while optimizing channels and experiences.
  • Build and implement new digital sourcing strategies which will contribute to the long-range growth of AMN RPO.
  • Develop and execute a proactive, innovative, cost-effective recruitment/sourcing strategy to target diverse pools of qualified applicants for client vacancies.
  • Manage Sourcing budget and make recommendations to RPO Leadership on tools and technologies that can reach and convert healthcare practitioners.
  • Stay current with industry trends, economic conditions, and other variables which motivate candidates to seek career opportunities elsewhere.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing resources including digital marketing, webinar hosting, job boards, recruitment databases, employee referrals, networking, coordinating and hosting client hiring events/career fairs.
  • Identify, evaluate and pilot new sourcing technology, tools and processes to make AMN RPO best in market for healthcare recruitment.
  • Focus on tracking activity and results to evaluate a broad range of sourcing channels and regularly report out ROI to AMN RPO leadership.
  • Focus on building a compelling candidate experience for passive candidates.
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcomes.
  • Work closely with leadership to continually evaluate strategies/tactics for each of our client engagements.
  • Utilize data to develop annual sourcing plans, including but not limited to, funds for attendance at conferences, utilization of current and new sourcing programs, job boards, new technologies, and all other types of marketing related to job postings.
  • Maintain a current professional knowledge and understanding of national sourcing strategy trends by attending educational workshops/conferences, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Provide input and direction to RPO Sales, Implementation and Operations leadership on new approaches to solutioning sourcing/marketing plans for new client engagements.

Requirements:

  • Experience with innovative candidate generation marketing strategies within a healthcare RPO environment.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare roles/requirements; can speak to and understand conversations involving various clinical positions.
  • 5 years sourcing/recruiting experience in healthcare
  • Demonstrable understanding of digital marketing, sourcing solutions/technologies, and candidate pipelining strategies
  • Sales and marketing background desired (preferably healthcare or staffing)
