BobaBam Marketing Maven (aka Marketing Manager)
The BobaBam Marketing Maven is a great marketer and an amazing human. They manage, execute, and lead marketing platforms, initiatives, and partnerships supporting the BobaBam boom. This role will begin with a dive into the trenches, and over time, develop into the mastering of a few key areas. The right maven for the job is ready to be part of an exciting, fast-paced, innovative company that aspires to make consumers smile more.

What you’ll do:
- Be in lockstep with the CMO to make marketing magic.
- Brainstorm and collaborate cross-functionally to design marketing strategies and promotions. Work together to create programs that drive brand awareness and get BobaBam off the (freezer) shelf and into shopping carts!
- Assist in the nitty gritty development of those marketing plans and most importantly, execution across all touchpoints: digital (social, email, paid), PR, in-store, influencer, advertising, etc.
- Manage our growing group of BobaBambassadors and develop exciting influencer programs.
- Work with the CMO to lead and manage our awesome agency partners.
- Work closely with the sales teams (grocery, club, food service) and internal graphic designer on the creation of marketing tools that are on-brand and tell a great story.
- Develop analyses and assessments to influence strategic plans > think potential product innovations, marketing programs and brand partners. Make a solid case using data and insights on why or why not.
- Keep an eye on the domestic and global marketplace for new product innovations, competitors, lifestyle trends, and emerging technologies.
- Manage field marketing efforts and tradeshow logistics.
- Solve problems and tackle basic departmental needs, like updating presentations and creating UPCs.
- Help manage marketing budget.
- Keep the marketing team organized day-to-day.
Your experience:
- 5+ years in marketing positions in CPG a must – ideally in food/beverage. Experience in frozen or fresh is a bonus.
- Fluent in velocity, ACV, POS, categories, resets, sales channels, etc.
- Leadership experience - managing team members and agencies.
- Proficient in all social media channels and ideally expertise as it relates to TikTok.
- Familiar with the fundamentals of digital advertising.
- Tech savvy – PowerPoint, excel, file management.
- Passion for bringing brand experiences to life and willingness to do what is needed to get the job done.
