How We LEAD

The Manager, Creative Content will support Geffen's Influencer and Content Marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of content across the entire Geffen roster, while also managing maintenance, and content optimization across all channels, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.

This position will report to both heads of Digital Marketing, and will work closely with all members of the digital marketing and revenue teams. This role will be responsible for, alongside the heads of digital marketing, the implementation of Geffen's owned and partner content network across projects and releases across the all genres.

How You’ll CREATE

  • Organizing and attending shoots with artists to film content
  • Editing the content and getting relevant approvals
  • Posting for artists, if required, and optimizing for platform using relevant internal features
  • Reporting on key stats around audience growth and virality
  • Strategizing creative content ideas for artists
  • Staying abreast of current trends and other artists we can learn from, sharing actionable insights with the digital team
  • Collaborating with other creators to help grow artist channels
  • Planning and executing creator campaigns around artist releases
  • Working collaboratively with Digital, Marketing and Creative teams to hit brief

Bring Your VIBE

  • 1-2 years’ experience working with influencer accounts and/or strong understanding of the influencer marketing space
  • 3+ years’ experience in content or digital marketing
  • Be strategic and understand the value in paid and unpaid content collaborations for both Geffen, and our artists.
  • Have a finger on the pulse of what’s going on in pop/rock culture, across key internet trends, apps, influencers, etc.
