After many years and an amazing amount of experience working with some of the world's best brands in the world, we launched Famous Pro in 2018. Since then our mission has been to help businesses of all sizes create beautiful content that powers your shopping experience. Recently we have focused on more tools that allow for seamless integration of our platform into every domain in the world.

Amaze is a mobile eCommerce marketing platform that empowers merchants to captivate their customers through immersive, high-impact, mobile shopping experiences. We make it easy to quickly create and customize landing pages with little to no technical expertise required. We believe that the future of eCommerce is mobile, and we strive to give brands the ability to target their unique audiences, cultivate a deeper connection with their customers and sell their products in the best way possible.

About The Role

We are looking to hire a Head of Vibe with both outstanding organization and communication skills. You will be expected to be a creative thinker with a deep understanding of the latest trends in the creator space. You will also need to have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Experience in events, culture, diversity, and inclusion is extremely important in this role as we grow Amaze.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day to day operations of our workspace/building needs including planning activities and culture events
  • Keep our spaces running smoothly by making sure they’re clean, organized, stocked and ready to create great things
  • Partner with the People team to assist with onboarding new team members
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, and coordinate with various building vendors
  • Plan and coordinate client (creator) and partner-facing brand events, overseeing the entire event cycle - develop new event initiatives, budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, and post event analysis
  • Acquire and maintain all community partnerships, vendor, and client relationships
  • Design and implement event marketing strategies including management of social media content
  • Schedule and coordinate weekly onsite meetings, overseeing all client/guest experiences at the office/event space
  • Manage office processes/procedures including covid workplace guidelines and in-office onboarding for new hires
  • Manage office payments, filing financial transactions and receipts
  • Manage company employee travel including coordinating flights and accommodationsThe “nitty gritty”: water office plants, unload dishwasher, sort and scan office mail
  • Coordinate employee gifting
  • Main point of contact for onsite tech, working closely with IT on various projects

Requirements

  • An effective problem solver willing to jump in and help out in any capacity needed
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across People, Operations, and IT departments
  • Able to work under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • A positive approach in your outlook with a “can-do” attitude and love for multi-tasking
  • A clear communicator and effective relationship builder who is passionate about helping others
  • Highly organized with a strong attention detailUnderstanding and adaptable; comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient with G-suite and Slack
  • High energy, fun and creative.
  • A self-starter, inspired by ideas but team oriented
  • You will need to have the flexibility to work some evenings and weekends for scheduled events
