Influencer Marketing Coordinator
Overview
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for supporting key initiatives driven by the marketing team. This position actively works on public relations, influencer marketing, paid and organic social, email integration, blog integration as well as other marketing responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Owner of The Brand Ambassador Program
- Sets the program strategy
- Recruits and vets Brand Ambassador applications
- Selects a diverse group of (20-25) Brand Ambassadors to be a reflection of the brand
- Contracts all Brand Ambassadors and negotiate terms and conditions
- Leads the virtual onboarding and material development
- Outlines monthly projects that align with marketing campaigns or other department priorities
- Monitors Brand Ambassador orders to ensure they're aligned with the monthly project and budget allocation
- Reviews and approving content submissions, ensuring content is FTC compliant
- Develops monthly report to showcase program results to internal stakeholders
- Manages delicate issues and ensure Brand Ambassadors maintain the upmost respect for each other and the brand
- Assists the development team in setting up the Brand Ambassador landing page annually and maintaining each page monthly to ensure their projects are shoppable
- Delivers new ideas to take the program to the next level
- Influencer Program(s)
- Supports the Marketing Supervisor in executing influencer strategies aligned to key marketing campaigns. Execution entails identifying and vetting, reaching out and soft sounding interest, negotiating and contracting, developing project brief, placing orders, managing shipments, reviewing content, monitoring for postings, promoting with paid and measuring results monthly
- Social Media
- Partners with paid media agency to ensure paid support of all Brand Ambassador and influencer content
- Partners with the social lead to ensure all Brand Ambassador and influencer content is integrated into the organic social calendar
- Problem solves as needed when product is out of stock or does not arrive as expected
- Manages annual expense planning and expenses throughout fiscal year

Qualifications
- College degree required, public relations or marketing-related field preferred
- Internship experience in a corporate marketing function is required
- Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area on a hybrid schedule
- Ability to travel 5% a year, based on the business needs
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of industry business and passion for following trends in the industry
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner, both orally and in writing, at all levels internally and externally
- Must be at least 18 years of age
