The Marketing team is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for writing, recording and designing social content that engages Keap prospects and customers.
You will be a key contributor on Keap’s social media team, collaborating with stakeholders to ideate, create and manage content across platforms. We’re expanding our organic social presence — can you help us continue to grow?
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Social Marketing Manager to create unique and compelling social media content that aligns with the Keap brand.
- Write copy and create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner across all social profiles.
- Flag and save potential user-generated content opportunities.
- Brainstorm video concepts and own the creation of TikToks and Reels. Must be comfortable and willing to be on camera.
- Stay on top of recent tech changes, updates, trends, and influencers across all social media platforms.
- Assist with the creation of social graphics using Canva and Figma.
- Manage and track social media analytics and KPIs, and have a basic understanding of how to use this data to inform strategies and content moving forward.
- Assist the Social Marketing Manager with overall social media calendar planning and strategy.
- Work with copy team and SEO manager to apply trending topics and search terms, and extract information from blog posts with social performance in mind.
Qualifications:
- BA in Communications, Arts, Marketing, or Journalism or 1-3 years corporate (business level) social media experience
- Comfortable being on camera on social media platforms to captivate an audience through storytelling
- Strong communication and copy-writing skills
- In-depth understanding of all social media platforms and best practices
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- 1-3 years experience developing content aligned with SEO strategy
- 1-3 years of graphic design experience
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on results
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves):
- B2B and/or technology company experience
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack and Airtable
- Experience with social media management tools such as SproutSocial or Later.com
- Salesforce experience
- Design proficiency with Figma, Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator
- SaaS experience

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
