DIGITAL COORDINATOR POSITION AT 237 GLOBAL

Digital Coordinator

New York City Area

237 Global is looking for a digital coordinator for our NYC office. We are a fast-growing company that is looking for hardworking, creative, and tech-savvy candidates. As the digital coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day digital operations, including the creation of our fan communication, splash pages, and mobile apps.

Our ideal candidate is someone who loves music and has a strong ability to follow up and stay organized. We are looking for someone who is a team player and can work well across the organization.

Position Details

  • Work with the digital team to draft and create fan communication plans including email blasts, push notifications, and text messages
  • Manage artist and user content in our in-app feeds
  • Upkeep message boards and fan deletion requests in our artist apps by liaising with our internal team, as well as artist teams
  • Assist in gathering app content and data including fan trending topics and upcoming important events
  • Work with digital team on any other content and data-related tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge in Klaviyo, Wix, and Google Sheets
  • Creative writing skills and knowing how to communicate clearly to fans
  • Strong reading skills with the ability to read over a high volume of posts
  • Photoshop and graphic design
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Strong follow-up and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication skills and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in-office 5 days a week
