About the role:

This entry-level position is with Jukin Media's Content Acquisition & Operations Department. The Department is responsible for finding, researching, acquiring, and processing the best user-generated video content available on the internet.

About You

In the role, you will be contacting Content Creators across the world to partner with them and their videos. To succeed, you must have a high velocity and be ready to jump on the phone or social media to negotiate with creators and explain legal documents. You should be ready to take the initiative to accomplish personal & team goals.

This position will report to the Manager of Content Acquisitions & Operations.

Location:

We have offices around the world in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Minnesota, London, and New Delhi. Each of our offices are open and ready to welcome you! We offer a hybrid culture and enjoy success working at home or in the office. For this role we’d like candidates to be located in or around the Milwaukee area so we can have you join us in the office from time to time.

Responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day (aka Responsibilities)

• Contact Creators via phone, email, and social media to explain Jukin and our services
• Negotiate legal agreements with Creators
• Process legal documents while ensuring accuracy
• Document acquisition workflow according to process guidelines
• Additional tasks as assigned by Manager, Lead, or assignee
  
  

Requirements

• Schedule Flexibility (different shifts - weekends, holidays, overnights)
• Associate Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred but not required
• Reliable internet connection
• Friendly and robust phone voice
• Self-motivated to achieve goals with limited supervision
• Resolute determination to produce results
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment staying seated for long periods
• Resourceful internet skills with knowledge of Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram are a plus

The Buying Team at Trusted Media Brands is growing. This team is important to the success of growing the company's brands and acquiring content for our Social, Streaming, and Licensing Teams. We work as negotiation experts to acquire UGC from creators worldwide. Our roles are highly independent, but our success relies on communication and collaboration between teammates.
