Adswerve is looking for a Training Content Creator to join our Training and Development team. This person will develop high-quality training content for our technical training products and services intended for digital marketer and agency customers. The desired candidate should be a creative instructional designer that optimizes learning content into reusable objects. This person should have a creative, entrepreneurial spirit with concrete ideas for how to plan, organize and manage online training content.

The Training Content Creator develops all content related to our internal (employees) and external (customers) training opportunities, providing users with basic to advanced knowledge on a variety of topics, features, and concepts. The goal is to create educational material to educate our external clients and internal team members to increase use and platform enablement. Tasks include but are not limited to: project management, collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SME), content development, instructional design, and troubleshooting..

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and updates relevant training content so it’s kept current and reflects our position as a market-leading media and analytics provider
  • Develops and edits training content, recordings and presentations in draft and final phases of delivery
  • Create effective content and materials for a variety of training delivery modalities including instructor led classroom learning, web-based/virtual learning, or online self directed learning (ex. on-demand).
  • Contribute to an internal knowledge base; ensure resources are easily accessible, accurate, and kept up to date.
  • Partner with cross-departmental units (business operations, marketing, product) to ensure all initiatives and programs run smoothly
  • Maintaining existing training materials and developing new materials based on ad-hoc needs
  • Define and implement new mechanisms for measuring impact and performance of content, optimize for improvement, and surface insights for content development and prioritization.
  • Research new workflow processes to increase efficiency of curriculum/course development.
  • Manage and edit ongoing content for customers, with continual review cycles.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience with content development processes and delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Training or Instructional Design related field preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work within different software applications such as eLearning Authoring tools, G Suite and Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and media operations process, systems, emerging platforms, and particularly ad-technology
  • Strong project management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams (collaborative environment) require
  • Experience with content management systems and technical writing skills are required
  • Knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform and Adobe Analytics Products is a plus
  • Results orientated and can deliver projects to tight timelines
  • Experience with video editing is a plus

This position pays a base salary of $60,000 to $80,000 per year. Wage differential is based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience.
