Social Media Manager
We are looking for a Sr. Social Media Manager. A media professional who possesses a solid understanding of the ever-changing paid social media ecosystem. This person has a grasp on how paid social media, organic social and influencer marketing work. This candidate should know how to engage consumers through digital channels, have a visible passion for media strategy, and uses social platforms regularly in their daily routine.
Responsibilities -
· Develop, implement, and manage our client’s social media strategies
· Define most important social media KPIs to achieve client business goals
· Measure the success of every social media campaign; understand the necessary tracking nuances of the channel
· Use social media marketing tools to guide strategic approach and budgets
· Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
· Collaborate with account, production, web, and media analytics teams
· Develop advanced audience segments and A/B tests when needed
· Work collaboratively with the integrated media team to support the development and execution of media plans
· Understand the pros and cons of each digital media type and how that relates to individual client strategies and traditional media tactics planned by your peers
· Upload sponsored ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snap, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
Requirements
· 4-5 + years of social media proficiency
· Working knowledge across social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube/Google suite)
· Experience working in tandem with other channel leads for broad stroke Omni-Channel media strategies
· Has account auditing experience
· Active use experience and a deep understanding of Google Analytics
· Experience working directly with platform/publisher relationships
