Head of Marketing

Cling is both an Consumer Goods portfolio that is looking for a Marketing Expert to come and scale our Marketing team. You will report directly to the CEO and COO while you manage end to end marketing operations for the company. You will manage brands like The Wine Savant with 600k followers on Tik Tok, and scale our new private labels brands to a higher level. You will be in charge of building a team that hits every angle of the marketing world.

This is an in-person role in Brooklyn NY.

Responsibilities:

• The Head of Marketing drives the strategy and ensures the successful execution of content across all channels - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, Youtube, and potential additional platforms/marketplaces
• Possess a mix of creative, strategic and operational abilities
• Skilled at leading a team, scaling social media content and driving continuous improvement based on KPIs and industry trends
• Lead Paid Social to ensure unified strategy across Organic and Paid on all channels
• Create new and innovative content and marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

• 5+ years developing innovative digital marketing and social media initiatives for fast paced consumer brands, preferably in the e-commerce space
• Deep understanding of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Twitter and how fashion brands can interact with their audience in an authentic and effective way, tailored for each platform
• Strong at collaborating with cross functional teams, internal and external to launch social media strategies and campaigns with measurable business outcomes
• Conceptualizing, creating, and executing TikTok content while identifying emerging trends and activating quickly to drive innovation, grow engagement, and community size within the platform
• Experience in Paid Ads, Content Creation, Influencer Outreach, PPC/SEO, Growing a team
