INFLUENCER & PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER
SUMMARY OF POSITION

At Slice, we are challenging the status quo - we have taken the humble blade and brought it out of the Stone Age. Our proprietary Finger-Friendly® tools have been designed to cut everything except you, and last 11x longer than traditional metal ones.
We are looking for an experienced marketer who is excited to help an established B2B brand grow into the consumer market with safer, easier-to-use cutting tools for in the home and even on-the-go.
The Influencer/ Partnerships Manager will oversee and manage the partnerships strategy for Slice, collaborating closely with our Marketing team and communicating daily with external partners such as agencies, influencers, and other brands.
The ideal candidate is a strategic-thinker who is proactive, personable, and believes in hands-on project management and strong communication across teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- You will own the building out of an ongoing influencer/partnerships strategy & manage program in-house with the support of Social Media Manager
- Responsible for activating and executing paid and earned influencers, including the creation of creative briefs and handling contract negotiations
- Drive purchase intent through influencer partners with a performance-driven lens, and utilize influencers to help tell our DTC story
- Collaborate with internal teams around advertising campaigns and key themes, ensure partnerships strategy aligns with overarching Brand strategy and growth plan
Identify and engage talent, as well as other companies/brands for social collaborations, giveaways, content creation and our affiliate program
- Build an organized and scalable process for exploring and selecting influencers for the ambassador program across nano, micro, mid-tier, & macro influencers
- Build reporting and analyze performance against relevant KPIs on a weekly basis in order to identify successes and opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
==============
- 3+ years of experience with Influencer and/or Partnerships Marketing
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent experience
- A passion for building and cultivating relationships with influencers in the digital space, ranging from Facebook/IG, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and blog content creators.
- Strong understanding of marketing and social media ecosystem
- Experience vetting potential influencer partners against outlined brand or campaign objectives
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to think on your feet and work independently with limited resources on multiple tasks and being deadline driven
- Solid Knowledge of MS Excel application and general knowledge of other common office applications
- Continually seek innovative and breakthrough ideas, approaches, and solutions
- Creative and analytical skills with the ability to take direction well, learn/develop new skill sets, problem solve, and take on new challenges
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and comfortable with change, feedback, and uncertainty
- - Gifting and Affiliate marketing is a plus
