Brand Marketing Coordinator, Anthropologie

Overview
The Brand Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day of the Anthropologie brand marketing team. This person will partner with the Brand Marketing Coordinator, Campaign Marketing Manager and Anthropologie’s cross-functional teams to support the execution of the Anthropologie, AnthroLiving and BHLDN ambassador program, Home giftings and assist in the concept and execution process for company-wide campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Ambassadors:
- Assist in management of the Ambassador campaigns for Anthropologie, AnthroLiving and BHLDN. Including but not limited to:
- Expand the Anthropologie, AnthroLiving, and BHLDN brand awareness and brand storytelling by recruiting ambassadors who meet reach KPI expectations
- Manage timelines and coordination of content approval links, live post links, and order numbers
- Assist in content approval process with social media team
- Pull together weekly reporting on and analyze performance against key KPIs
- Assist in additional ambassador initiatives including but not limited to: bonus campaigns, collecting reviews, outfitting program coordination
- Assist in monthly ambassador content communication with creative and cross functional team inclusive of: Coordinate communication with creative team for campaign inspiration tears, pull together monthly briefing documents and post-campaign content contact sheets to share with larger cross functional teams
- Product Coordination:
- Manage the ambassador campaign launch process including but not limited to: communicating needs for ambassador product assortments monthly, checking product availability, placing product orders, managing shipment process to ambassador and manage order issues that may occur
- Aid in the packing and sending of manual giftings/gift boxes
- Coordinate product selection and delivery for media shoots on a case-by-case basis
- Budget:
- Manage all details of the Ambassador program budget in a timely manner including:
- Ambassador pay-out platform balances and fund requests
- Invoice submissions to finance team
- Monthly finance tracker completion
- General Marketing Support:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key home office teams to optimize campaigns, including Creative, Social, Digital Marketing, PR, Styling Services and merchants
- Be a champion in bringing new ideas to the team as our expert in market trends, customer acquisition ideas, growth opportunities for ambassador program, competitor initiatives, and emerging opportunities
- Assist in the brief process for campaigns across cross-functional teams, looking for opportunities to optimize the tools and processes to brief in teams
- Assist in several brand marketing initiatives including but not limited to: new store opening marketing briefs, quarterly artist collaborations, and AnthroLiving trade program marketing
- Assist in monthly and quarterly Anthropologie, AnthroLiving, and BHLDN campaign recapping
Qualifications
- 2+ years influencer management and/or social media experience desired
- A charismatic and proactive style of communication desired for external communication
- Strong organization skills inclusive of building timelines and tracking weekly and daily product orders and able to work on a variety of projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Deep understanding of social media platforms as they pertain to creators, influencers, trends, and the Anthropologie customer – especially on TikTok and Instagram.
- Ability to build relationships and work with a variety of coworkers across multiple teams
- Existing relationships with US-based influencers and brand marketing a plus
- Experience with the GRIN, Dash Hudon, and CreatorIQ influencer marketing platforms is a plus
