Account Supervisor, Corporate Digital & Paid Media
The Role:
We are looking for an Account Supervisor with strong experience in the digital & paid media space to join our Corporate Affairs team in NYC. This person will maintain detailed understanding of social paid media and content syndication best practices and feasibility.

What you’ll do as you move with us:
- Deliver digital & paid media strategies that elevate executive thought leadership and corporate communications
- Execute paid media campaigns across social platforms, including campaign creation, testing and optimization
- Develop integrated campaign reports that translate performance results to actionable optimizations
- Negotiate and manage paid media partnerships (RFP process, contracts, content creation, reviews, approvals, reporting)
- Work as part of the Client Service team to address social needs, including social audits and social listening reports
- Create social media content for executives, campaigns, or corporations as needed
- Participate in new business opportunities
- Train team members on the above capabilities where needed
- Play a broader role within Corporate Affairs accounts as part of an integrated approach, including social and digital media strategy development/execution, and executive visibility/thought leadership
Experience that contributes to your success:
- 3-4 years of agency experience with a focus in the corporate space with an active client presence
- At least 1 year of directly managing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter and/or YouTube
- Experience managing budgets and working with vendors
- Experience developing content and channel strategy presentations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Paid influencer engagement is a bonus!
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with strong attention to detail
- Experience working in and contributing to an inclusive and collaborative environment
