As a Business Development Manager you will work directly with our sales operations team as a go-to-market expert to help on-board new companies and scale platform usage.

What You'll Do

  • Be our industry expert on GTM strategies including partnership plans, global rollouts, deal structures, product ideas, and key decisions
  • Identify and broker strategic growth opportunities for the sales operations team
  • Develop workshops, content, and scalable programs to support sales growth
  • Advocate for your position and execute w/ extreme ownership; this is a new brand position and your success has no limit, it's 100% what you make of it

Requirements

  • 4+ years of total experience
  • 2+ years in a partner facing role, preferably at a high growth company or startup
  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to quickly build rapport, trust, and high quality relationships from scratch
  • Intellectual dexterity
  • You can self manage, prioritize, and be dynamic (with historical proof)
  • Collaborative attitude that's a team-first approach
