As the Vice President of our Creator Acquisition Team, you will play a critical role in setting and achieving LTK’s vision, and will report directly to the General Manager of the Influencer Platform. You will build and manage a mission-driven team of high-performing creator acquisition account executives, set the strategic direction of our creator acquisition efforts, hone the value proposition, coordinate outreach efforts, and build relationships with elite creators. The ideal candidate should be excited about building a team, trying out creative acquisition strategies, and forming new relationships across the industry.

This is a pivotal role for LTK as we dramatically pivot our approach to bringing new creators to the LTK platform. This role will work with GMs to determine key demographics to source, based on business model planning, shopper demand and retailer availability. Additionally, this leader will be a crucial lynch pin of feedback to the rest of the organization - sharing suggestions and recommendations based off of creator conversations that will ultimately improve our product as well as our marketing language.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, your job is to lead a sales team in sourcing and acquiring new Influencers to the LTK platform. You will be measured based upon the following goals:

  • Achieve your monthly and annual targets for new creator acquisition.
  • Maintain consistently strong performance at 100% of your year-to-date goals.
  • Lead team to achieve daily contact targets and activity metrics, using a combination of phone, email, DM and agency outreach.
  • Track all activities, notes and contacts in our database.
  • Use prospecting strategies to reach out to active Influencers who are not a part of LTK today.
  • Build talk tracks based upon Influencer strategy and personas.
  • Manage team that will follow-up on all cold and warm leads.
  • Onboard new creators through the 90-day process to maximize their success/posts.

You Will Also Be Responsible For

  • Collaborating with Marketing and other departments to fine-tune messaging and products.
  • Hiring and managing a highly engaged team of high achievers who love to win and are great at building relationships
  • Developing and executing a performance based compensation plan for the creator acquisition team
  • Staying up to-date with industry and platform trends, using insights to inform strategy and value proposition
  • Traveling to industry events to build relationships with creators

Desired Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: 7+ years in a sales environment with a knowledge of how to build and execute team incentive plans
  • Strategic Thinking: Able to see and communicate the big picture in an inspiring way.

  • Judgment: Demonstrates strong business judgment and decision-making skills; able to prioritize the highest impact initiatives.
  • Business Intelligence: Provides clear and compelling strategy recommendations based on data and competitive landscape domain knowledge.

  • Results/Outcomes Orientation: Relentless drive for results, along with a competitive nature and a collaborative team-oriented personality; maintains momentum and growth.

Successful Candidates Will Have

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 10+ years experience in field sales, inside sales or business development required.
  • Excellent presentation skills to executive team and partner groups
  • Demonstrated aggressiveness and success achieving outcomes
  • Works well with little to no direction
  • Growth mindset
  • High urgency and initiative
  • Existing creator relationships a plus
  • Both strategic and operational; able to establish plan but also execute
  • Self-starter who has the desire to learn, grow and excel.
  • Ability to rapidly learn new knowledge and acquire new skills.
  • Tenacious, persistent and patient personality.
  • Motivated and competitive with a positive attitude.
  • Experience in HubSpot preferred.
  • Preference for those experienced in creators, talent agencies, etc.
  • Ability to conduct self in a professional / executive manner.
  • Strong time management skills.
