The Role:

Moonbug Entertainment is looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join the team at our LA office. The Executive Assistant will support daily administrative duties required to run our rapidly growing US business helping to implement and drive a long-term growth strategy for the business. This role requires on-site presence during the weekdays.

Ultimately, this role will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support. The successful candidate will be a proactive and positive thinker with excellent communication skills.

This role will report full-time ON-SITE at our West Hollywood Office.

Requirements

  • Manage executives’ calendars and scheduling
  • Set up and coordination of meetings and events
  • Travel arrangements and expenses
  • Assist on ad hoc tasks such as research and other types of resourcing
  • Preparation and creation of presentations and other documents to support business needs
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Creation and maintenance of internal process documents and databases to support business needs
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Other general duties as assigned

Qualifications And Desired Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 4+ years of executive/administrative assistant experience
  • Interest in the digital entertainment space or children’s media industry.
  • Excellent communication skills; must be articulate and professional both in written and verbal forms of communication.
  • Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines is a must.
  • Highly collaborative, resourceful, curious, and calm under pressure.
