LocalAway is looking for a remote local Tik Tok content creator and marketer who loves, lives and breathes the startup & fashion world. We are looking for fashion enthusiasts to talk about local fashion cultures in their area as part of an exciting new platform.

The ideal candidate is passionate about Marketing, Advertising and understands our target audience. You know who's who and have your finger on the pulse of content creation, growing business profiles, and business branding, — you're a trendsetter, the authority of what is on-trend. You understand brand aesthetics and are able to create content that can be used on multi-channels. You are customer and community savvy and can seamlessly navigate the nuances of the everchanging TikTok & IG platform. Aside from content creation, you also understand marketing and can provide weekly reporting of Tik Tok's & IG’s evolving metrics.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Work as our in-house content creator to make Reels and TikTok's
  • Direct and engage our fashion influencer
  • Help Build and manage our social media profiles and presence, On TikTok and Instagram.
  • Help create a consistent social media presence & strategy
  • Create shareable content that is in line with our social media strategy
  • Monitor and measure growth of follower count across digital channels
  • Brainstorm campaign ideas to engage audiences
  • Help implement the influencer marketing strategy, helping to establish and nurture long-term partnerships through organic and paid content

Roles, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Develop new and creative highly engaging content to grow our Tik Tok audiences
  • Be one of the faces of our company on TikTok to promote and highlight trending/relevant topics for brand awareness, follower growth and sales conversion
  • Respond and engage in real-time to posts, questions, comments
  • Work alongside department stakeholders to ensure that content is aligned with brand aesthetics and identity
  • Keep up with the latest social media trends such as but not limited to news, memes, celebrities, music, etc and find stylish and dynamic ways to promote the clothing and brand's ethos
  • Strong creativity and video skills, as well as a knowledge of the social media and influencer space.
  • Extremely tech-savvy, with strong communication skills
  • High-level understanding of TikTok platform and video editing
  • Knowledgeable and up-to-date in different social media trends and best practices
  • Understanding and ability to speak and report on TikTok KPIs and metrics
  • Able to create one TikTok video per day
  • Committed to brand growth and able to perform
