Compensation: $44,000 to $73,000 Annually

Who You Are:

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Global Digital Communications team, to work across Global Influencer Relations and Brand Events. You thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. You demonstrate an exceptional can-do, ‘no task is too small’ attitude and are a genuine team player.

What You’ll Do:

  • Influencer Relations: responsible for activating product and branding moments
  • Talent casting/Discovery
  • Sample management
  • Content creation via briefs or MK-hosted events
  • Tracking performance/engagement via our influencer marketing platform
  • Project recaps
  • Global Event Support: you will be working with third party vendors and international MK teams to help create and execute brand events at the regional and global level
  • Special Projects: limited edition capsule collections, collaborations, and philanthropy programs
  • Administrative Duties: including but not limited to creative briefs and asset delivery from Global HQ to select regional teams

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0-1 years of experience (fashion retail and/or PR Internship experience preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge and proficient with Google Docs/Sheets
  • Knowledge of various influencer marketing platforms such as Wearisma, Tribe, Grin, etc.
  • Knowledge of Social Media landscape including but not limited to: Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.
  • Knowledge of latest influencer trends for the US and globally
  • Ability to work in NYC office minimum 4x a week as needed
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
