about the growth marketing associate role:
the growth marketing associate at soona will execute all paid media and acquisition efforts among SMBs, large brands, agencies, and more. we’re looking for a self-starter who has hands-on experience with in-platform execution within a multi-channel approach to drive efficiencies and scale. the ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, nimble and no-task-is-too-small mentality.
this is a full time, remote or hybrid position that will report directly to the growth marketing manager.

an ideal candidate:
- hands-on keyboard experience driving execution, recommendations and optimizations across paid social, paid search, video and display efforts.
- develop, execute and optimize A/B testing to drive more insights and learnings
- analyze historical data to build trendlines and establish benchmarks to inform strategy
- work closely with the BI team to build new dashboards and optimize existing reports.
- is a data ninja who is very comfortable with large datasets and manipulating platform and business data to help extract insights
- loves brands and is passionate about helping other brands grow
has experience in:
- SaaS marketing directly to SMBs and brands, 2+ years preferred
- must have experience in executing across paid search (Google, Bing) and paid social (TikTok, Meta etc). preferred experience in display/programmatic, direct, demand gen, affiliate & influencer, audio & podcasts, video & connected TV.
- ability to make cross-platform budget recommendations and optimizations based on performance
- expert data analysis skills, adept at manipulating large datasets and extracting meaningful insights
- strong communication skills to distill and report findings to other stakeholders
- working closely across the marketing org to execute cross-channel campaigns
- lead gen, working closely with the sales team to drive qualified leads across various audience segments (SMBs, large brands, agencies, enterprises)
- Ability to work autonomously and comfortable with ambiguity
