We are seeking a self-starter marketer who is organized, an analytical-thinker, and has a passion for women’s health. The Marketing Specialist role is responsible for growing and maintaining Premom’s Influencer and Ambassador programs, managing in-app community initiatives, as well as assisting with social media campaigns and content creation.
This is a full-time remote position, the compensation range for the position would be $40-60K.
Job description
Marketing Specialist Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the content team in creation of content collateral to increase engagement and brand awareness across social media platforms
· Lead and foster communication in the Premom in-app communities to boost user experience and retention
· Organize calendar for in-app initiatives and communication and work closely with the design team for necessary accompanying collateral
· Lead, grow and maintain influencer marketing programs, budget, and initiatives in accordance with working alongside marketing leaders and KPIs
· Grow and engage Premom’s Ambassador Program by identifying new people to recruit and encouraging participation on various social media platforms
· Identify influencers and brand ambassadors that are a suitable fit to grow brand awareness and achieve key metrics across social campaigns and product/application launches
· Build relationships with influencers to foster strong engagement and ongoing partnerships
· Educate and provide regular communication to influencers/ambassadors/partners on Premom app and products
· Conduct product training to ensure influencers properly understand and can communicate benefits of Premom application, membership benefits, and accompanying products
· Present influencer marketing plans, negotiate contracts, and onboard influencers of all levels from grassroots to orchestrated paid campaigns
· Monitor, measure, and share the results of influencer/ambassador campaigns while reporting weekly to leadership
· Manage challenging growth goals, problems, and projects while being a team player
· Review content produced by influencers to ensure they are in line with Premom brand standards and desired direction for each campaign
· Work closely with content and medical team to ensure coordination of live events and capitalization of new features and products across social channels
· Assist the marketing team with various tasks as needed
Marketing Specialist Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred
· 1 year of Marketing experience required
· Experience coordinating cross functional projects
· Deep understanding of social media platforms and engagement metrics
· Video editing skills strongly preferred
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal that include a creative style combined with an analytical mindset
· Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques
· Ability to identify and track relevant KPIs
· Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
· Superb time management skills
· Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
