About the Role:

The Influencer Marketing role at Avaline will scale the existing influencer program by strategizing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns and cultivate meaningful relationships with partners. This candidate should have experience in strategy development and hands-on execution, have a great work ethic, and be excited to work alongside a strong team at a growing startup.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an influencer strategy from the ground up; take existing learnings from previous efforts and adjust accordingly folding in the new strategy
  • Establish performance goals
  • Ideate and execute influencer partnerships across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Create influencer briefs per platform ahead of campaigns launching
  • Oversee monthly budget to ensure the program is not only meeting, but exceeding performance goals
  • Project management influencer partnerships from beginning to end (sourcing, outreach, negotiation, contracting, etc.)
  • Analyze each partner and month's performance to maintain healthy program
  • Confidently lead influencer marketing as a part of the larger marketing team; collaborate effectively for best possible outcome
  • Not only following, but staying on top of trends on each platform and understanding what levers are necessary to pull, and when to pull them

Qualifications:

  • Must have 4-6 years of performance influencer marketing experience
  • Must have experience at a startup, preferably agency or in-house experience at a consumer goods brand (skincare, beauty, food/beverage, alcohol beverage)
  • Experience of advertising characteristics to drive performance (CTAs, direct response copy, UTMs)
  • Hands-on experience working in performance marketing for ecommerce brands
  • Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business, Communications)

Skills:

  • Passionate about influencer marketing and pop culture
  • Must understand media metrics tracking and hitting KPI's (ROAS, CAC, CTRs, CPMs, CPCs)
  • Experience running influencer campaigns from inception to execution
  • Communicate effectively and work cross functionally
  • Excellent project management skills, specifically seeing projects through from start to finish
  • Strong team management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Should understand and enjoy working with data
