Who You Are

Wildfang is looking for a digital obsessed, fast-paced, acquisition manager to lead growth marketing efforts. This position is a key hire as the brand focuses on new customer acquisition with an aggressive growth plan in 2023 and beyond. The role reports into the VP of Digital, and is responsible for strategy and execution of our paid acquisition efforts. Responsibilities include acquisition strategy, budget planning, management of all existing paid channels (paid social, paid search) and new channel testing.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create strategy for paid acquisition that ladder to Wildfang’s overall acquisition and growth strategies. Stay up to date on current trends and channel approaches that maximize impact and enhance the consumer experience.
  • Create, monitor, and execute all Meta (facebook / instagram), Google, and Tik Tok campaigns and optimize for performance
  • Drive whitelisting strategy and work cross functionally with Brand team for all ambassador and influencer marketing relations that support whitelisting and content needs.
  • Brief creative team on assets required for campaigns, and report monthly on performance of creative
  • Test and optimize campaigns on a regular cadence to improve performance
  • Regularly report on all channels including key acquisition metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR etc)
  • Suggest and monitor new channels for testing, optimize and report back results
  • Partner with Retention Manager to create holistic customer lifecycle program
  • Support team with budget planning and forecasting for paid channels

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in acquisition, growth or digital marketing
  • Solid understanding and experience with Google Analytics
  • Understanding and experience in platform dashboards (eg - Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Campaigns, Twitter Ads, YouTube, Google AdWords)
  • Analytically minded with a test & learn mindset
  • Experience in a high growth business
  • Experience with Shopify preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of brand marketing is a plus
  • Must be highly organized and have a strong attention to detail
  • Is a self-starter and has the ability to work in a fast paced environment and solve problems under pressure.
