Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Influencer Marketing Administrative Assistant based in Los Angeles to join our growing team!

The Influencer Marketing Administrative Assistant will be working side by side with the Head of Influencer Marketing and supporting the rest of the Influencer Program team. You will be pivotal in the organization, project management and managing communications with various parties. You should have prior experience as an administrative or executive assistant. This position requires strong organization skills, initiative, excellent communication, attention to detail, flexibility and a great ability to do varied tasks!

Responsibilities:

  • Aid in managing communication of company partners
  • Organize priorities and assist in project managing influencer campaigns
  • Help with the organization of receipts, event logistics and other miscellaneous tasks pertaining to the Influencer Program
  • Assist in ongoing payments and expenses of the Influencer Program
  • Support the Head of Influencer Marketing with high level influencer relations, photoshoots and gifting
