Overview
Responsible for executing all aspects of MABI portfolio brand plans in the assigned AA market. Implement wholesaler plans, execute distributor incentive programs, and ensure key account execution. Market area(s) will be defined as AA markets, comprised of one or more distributors.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn how to execute all aspects of sales plan with wholesaler network. Execute brand plans and programming by working with Manager level influencers at their distributors.
- In market shadowing
- Weekly retail/market recap of execution and performance, providing manager feedback on market.
- Work with teammates on regular basis in the field. Provide best practice sharing and coordinate in market execution/activation drives against key market/account initiatives, new item launches and/or distribution drives.
- Responsible for brand execution at the market level. Brand standards to include pricing, shelf placement, cold box placement, display, draft, and bottle placement.
- Keep abreast of competitive trends and report appropriate developments.
- Monitor and evaluate personal performance on a monthly basis to identify and develop personal areas for growth.
- Opportunity to explore different markets
- Distribution tracking, program execution tracking, and performance management
Minimum Requirements
- Able to lift 20lb, time on feet, active job
- Ability to travel up to 7-8 weeks to assigned market, North Angeles, CA.
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university
- Must commit to the full 10-week program starting June 5, 2023, and concluding on August 10, 2023. All interns will be in the Chicago, IL office for weeks 1, 9, & 10 of the program.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
