Superdigital is a proudly untraditional creative agency focusing on content, social, digital, and influencer and not so much on making job descriptions. We work with brands, athletes, and the Mayor of Flavortown. We’re known for our work but loved for our passion. Sometimes, we make non-agency things like movies and podcasts too!

Superdigital is looking for a Strategist, Insights & Analytics who can join our team. You’ll love our team if you are an independent thinker, and a proactive self-starter with curiosity and imagination to help drive the business forward for both our agency and clients. This role will stretch across most lines of existing and new business, working across sports, tech, and entertainment brands.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Develop benchmarks and identify content performance indicators to measure the success of creative across paid & owned channels (social first, but experience across most digital channels preferred)
  • Own the monthly & quarterly reporting process across clients, from determining what we should measure and how, to delivering the final presentation to clients
  • Assist in vetting new strategy tools for social listening, competitor analysis and audience insights
  • Help translate business needs & problems into research plans, including desktop research, survey development, conducting focus groups / interviews and research analysis
  • Liaison for client & agency research partners, building plans as a team & finding optimizations

ABOUT YOU

  • A minimum of 3-4 years professional experience as an insights strategist, with a focus on social media analytics & reporting
  • Ability to synthesize data from qualitative and quantitative reports and translate into actionable insights and hunches that will inform creative briefs
  • Extensive experience with social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram) as well as analytic & listening platforms (SproutSocial, Brandwatch, HootSuite, etc.)
  • Experience with audience intel platforms & building out audiences & queries preferred (GWI, Mintel, etc.)
  • Experience crafting content strategies for social media a plus (role has potential to flex beyond analytics)
