Social Media Art Director - Remote What this role is
As the Social Media Art Director, you are responsible to develop and oversee execution of creative campaign concepts across various digital mediums, including social media, web, and email. This role collaborates with other departments to understand and translate business goals into high-quality design concepts that align with industry best practices and enhance the CITY Furniture brand online. This position will collaborate with creative leadership to execute and oversee digital visuals for online and digital advertising. This role is also responsible for coaching other designers, training new designers, and maintaining communication design standards for all digital channels.
What you’ll do
As a Social Media Art Director, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Manage a team of creatives to create the best-in-class social assets for CITY Furniture social brand and campaigns.
- Work with creative leadership to execute concepts for different marketing campaigns.
- Conduct design reviews with designers to approve and provide guidance with design standards that align with CITY Furniture brand.
- Point on driving execution of Social Media Content
- Shoot video in-person as local opportunities arise
- Develop and Deliver creative content ideas to Social Media Accounts
- Understand overall goals of marketing department to create symbiotic social media approach

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Art/Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic/Web Design or related design field preferred
- 4-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and creating for digital content within retail industry.
- 2-3 years of experience leading a team of designers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Drive, JIRA
