Social Media Manager
You know how powerful content is! You believe that intentional community can be created on social media platforms, and you enjoy engaging with audiences to personalize your interactions with the people on the other side of the screen, helping them feel seen, valued, and heard.
You are self-motivated, organized, energetic, and passionate about the work you do. You are simultaneously creative and analytical. You can take a single piece of written content and turn it into a series of social media posts, for example, and you approach your job and any new ideas with metrics in mind.
You understand the role video and rich content play in social media, and you love to stay on top of trends. You understand each platform might require a nuanced approach, and that’s part of what you enjoy about your work. While your focus may vary day to day, your commitment to community-building does not.
At the end of the day, you know it’s about the people you’re serving. Showing up with intentionality, patience, and care for the real human beings that watch, comment on, and reply to your posts.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you!
