INFLUENCER MARKETING COORDINATOR
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the strategy, communication and execution of social media campaigns with hairstyling influencers. This individual works in coordination with the brand’s growth goals to source influencers for 3 different beauty brands within professional haircare- both domestically and internationally.
You will oversee the ownership of communication with all of our influencers, work with them to make sure their posts are on time and are of the quality expected of them. You’ll work with the social team to make sure their most engaged work is posted on our instagram accounts.
You’ll work with each of the influencers to whitelist their instagram accounts for FB and Instagram ads, and generally oversee the execution of the influencer program.
You will report on insights of the campaigns and make recommendations for new influencers and the continued contracts of existing influencers.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the influencer campaign process for company brands, including talent and/or brand research, initial reach outs, contract negotiations, creative briefs, post approval and necessary product delivery from the client.
* Develop best practices for working with influencer talent and negotiating contracts.
* Builds and maintains trusting relationships with influencers, including engaging on all of their posts, constant communication and acts as the brand liaison.
* Provides strategic guidance for influencer talent selection and flighting for posts by influencers on multiple social media platforms.
* Ensures accurate and timely accounting processes for the payment of influencer talent.
* Provides actionable insights for reporting to support campaign cadence on a monthly, mid-campaign or wrap-up report.
* Superior project management and organization of both executional tasks and external communication alignment.
* Provides proactive communication to keep teammates informed, anticipates brand requests.
* Strong level of account and process ownership.
Qualifications:
* Experience with influencer management programs, preferably with some experience with the following: , Creator IQ, Traackr, Sprout Social, Instagram, Facebook Ads Manager.
* Self-starter that takes personal responsibility for continued education in relevant digital marketing.
* Familiarity and experience with trafficking 3rd party creative tags, implementing tracking pixels.
* Familiarity and experience with both direct-response and brand marketing.
* Must be able to multitask, be detail oriented, organized and analytical.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to work within a highly collaborative team environment while handling multiple projects with deadlines.
* Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, degree or concentration in marketing, statistics, business or advertising preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* At least 2 years of experience, preferably within an agency or brand environment, with day-to-day influencer management, digital campaign management and/or social advertising experience.
