Compensation: $110,000 to $140,000 Annually

Gallery Media Group is a rapidly growing digital media company whose mission is to “make positivity louder.” Its three key sectors include:

  • Media + Publishing: PureWow, a women’s lifestyle brand; ONE37pm, a men’s lifestyle brand at the intersection of culture, music, NFTs and sports; and a collection of premium podcast shows that includes the GaryVee Audio Experience, Mom Brain, In House with Arielle Charnas, Royally Obsessed and The CMO Podcast with Jim Stengel.
  • Social Portfolio: 50+ owned + operated accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest, including running TikTok accounts for brand partners
  • Talent and Influencer Arm: Strategy and activations ranging from celebrity partnerships and stunts to year long ambassadorships and campaign work across platforms and categories

Gallery Media Group is seeking an entrepreneurial and detailed-oriented individual to take the lead on consumer-facing and B2B events throughout the year. This role will produce all events for all brands under Gallery Media Group - events can range from monthly influencer gatherings and large-scale activations—Super Bowl, NBA All-Star— to national and international B2B events.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize creative and engaging activations that align with the KPIs of each event from both the brand and advertiser perspective
    • Provide budget estimations for advertiser events and activations during the pitch phase
  • Create overall event design/vision in alignment with the brand aesthetic
  • Research/contact/contract venues, vendors, restaurants, premiums, talent, new event technology, etc. for potential event use
    • Conduct venue site checks, create floor plans, and work through audiovisual/tech needs
  • Build comprehensive event decks with all relevant event info to present to both internal teams and external clients
    • Create event documents including shot lists, run of show, deliverables list, etc.
  • Manage event talent relations
  • Build, track, and manage event budgets as well as post-event reconciliation
    • Submitting/tracking invoices and payments
  • Collaborate with account management team on sponsor communication and approvals during the event planning phase
  • Work with internal teams to develop
    • Creative needs for each event
    • Talent and press needs
  • Manage production companies for larger events and temporary freelance producers
  • Manage RSVP process from design to day-of staffing
  • Create Event Wrap Up decks, case studies and one-sheet

Qualifications:

  • Requires a solid track record of event management and/or digital media experience
  • Extreme attention to detail, ability to multitask, thrives under pressure, creative problem solving, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work autonomously to execute events, while being a team player across the organization
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and travel when needed
  • Strong communication skills, especially when working with executives and VIPs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Pulse on experiential marketing and event trends
  • Strong vendor/venue knowledge and relationships in key US markets
