About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Manager with experience creating campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, etc. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of the beauty landscape and Gen-z culture with a proven track record for creating campaigns that drive consumption. We think of influencers as part of the brand community, part of the idea, not a media channel or spokesperson. Our offering includes mega, macro, micro and makers. This role will support our Director of Influencer Marketing to develop processes and innovate as the influencer environment continues to evolve. This role will also work closely with our cross functional teams to ideate and build influencer kits, swag, gifts.

JOB SUMMARY: af94 is looking for an Influencer Manager to support brand-dedicated influencer campaigns and strategic social-led content initiatives. This role will be responsible for the orchestration of sponsored influencer campaigns and program initiatives to bring key marketing and brand priorities in a meaningful and engaging way on and off our channels. This role will report to the Director of Influencer Marketing and work cross-functionally across external vendors and af94’s Social, Brand Marketing, Creative and Campaign teams. Responsibilities include:

YOUR ROLE

  • Ongoing communication with Brand Marketing & Social Media teams as well as agency partners to facilitate monthly campaign prioritization, handoff, and execution to ensure seamless workflow and timely execution of brand dedicated influencer media.
  • This role will be responsible for managing internal prioritization, brand brief submissions, invoice tracking, and reporting review and handoff.
  • Support with the development and implementations of campaign processes, trackers, and supporting materials to improve workflow efficiency-including priority trackers, calendars, budgets, briefing documents, etc.
  • Work closely with the social team to identify opportunities to integrate influencer created content on AF channels
  • Attend meetings with cross-functional marketing partners to align on influencer strategy, assortment, and content expectations prior to launches.
  • Facilitate campaign comp requests, tracking, and shipments to influencers
  • Collaborate with the Social Team to align on AF organic messaging for each campaign and identify unique influencer created asset needs for the channel
  • Identify social trends and participate in social and influencer brainstorms

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of influencer marketing experience. Beauty experience is a plus!
  • Experience managing sponsored influencer campaigns from start to finish is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to create strong relationships with cross-functional partners, influencers, and external agency and community partners
  • A strong eye for detail, extremely organized, fast on your feet, and able to solve problems on the fly
  • Confident phone and email communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proven ability to work with high-level talent, build relationships and partnerships, and work effectively on a team.
