About the role

The data team sits at the center of the agency and supports every business to inspire the creative, provide client with regular reporting and recommendations to adapt work real-time.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with creative strategists, and community managers; ongoing social listening and real-time analysis of work in market as well as potential content opportunities to inspire creative opportunities.
  • Use tracking methods to capture all relevant data – including first-party research where called for:
  • Web Analytics Installation/Configuration
  • Performs analysis of creative and media results, produces reports
  • Set of influencer tracking tool
  • Conduct secondary research, specifically in segmentation and targeting/consumer profiling
  • Support Data team with weekly, monthly and annual reporting (cadence determined by client requirements)
  • Create tagging documentation and (preferably) implementation across desktop and mobile

Key qualifications and/or experience

  • Experience in a data strategy or media analyst role.
  • Social media experience or extensive personal experience.
  • Previous agency work experience preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset is critical.
  • Able to move quickly and adapt to change because we move with culture.
  • Comfortable working on a small team and wearing multiple hats
  • Team player with a strong, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience or familiarity with the following platforms: Doubleclick for Advertisers or Mediaplex; Database technologies like Tableau, Access or SQL; Web analytics solutions such as Google Analytics or Omniture; Nielsen @plan, Nielsen AdRelevance, comScore’s MediaMatrix or Quantcast Planner; Sprinklr, Sprout Social, NetBase, Facebook Insights, CreatorIQ, Radian6 or Sysomos

The annual salary range for this role is $65,000-$80,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic location and experience.
