Compensation: $140,000 to $175,000 Annually

We are looking for a Director of Marketing to lead the Dr. Barbara Sturm, North America marketing efforts. This position will closely partner with global partners to innovate, align, and implement a strategic and on brand marketing plan.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and lead all integrated marketing programs across retailers
  • Build strong 360 marketing calendar to support new launches, while sustaining basic business through omni-channel support
  • Key contact and approver all marketing materials inclusive but not limited to: in-store, digital, print, social, eventing, education
  • Create and manage annual NA Marketing budget
  • Forecast all new innovation pipeline for Sampling, Gratis, Partnership/Influencer opportunities
  • Oversee Trade Marketing team responsible for all retailer programming
  • Negotiate marketing placements and activities directly with retailers
  • Support / manage team on sample forecasting and management, timelines, asset/copy uploads, GWP proposals, digital site audits, retailer/field comms etc.
  • Oversee promotions calendar for GWP / event support
  • Collaboration as part of global marketing team
  • Manage all aspects of Sephora Relationship
  • Influencer Campaign management with external partners
  • Event management with cross-functional collaboration with internal global teams.
  • Support opportunities within region to drive business through partnerships/collaborations, brand ambassador programming, etc.
  • Identify “white space” opportunities within region

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • 5 years of related business experience; minimum of 3 years in the Beauty industry required.
  • Digital first mindset
  • Sephora experience is required; Amazon experience is a plus
  • Proven experience in building brand awareness and marketing programs.
  • Ability to create impactful and memorable marketing initiatives.
  • Effective communicator, strong relationship-building skills and proven record of cross-functional partnerships.
  • Strong business analytics, self-starter with a high attention to detail
  • Driven team player with a positive and professional demeanor
  • Multi-lingual, a plus

Pay Range $140,000 - $175,000 per annum
