The Role

Oneskin is looking for an experienced influencer marketer to found and own our influencer marketing program. This person will be responsible for building the influencer playbook for Oneskin to meet sales, awareness and content creation objectives.

This is a unique opportunity to join at the early stages and have a significant role in shaping the direction and success of the business. Since the team will be small initially, you must be both strategic and someone who loves to get their hands dirty.

To start, this role will be a high-impact individual contributor and pending business performance & success, have the opportunity to build a team. This role will report to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build & lead the influencer discipline: You will be seen as responsible and accountable for the performance of the Influencer channel, including the full execution of influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish and the content that this channel is expected to deliver to our marketing team.
• Build and manage an influencer budget: Manage & deploy our influencer budget across initiatives (content creation, brand campaigns, always-on awareness & sales goal) ensuring the campaigns are driving high-quality users cost-efficiently, with a focus on good content and ability to execute at scale.
• Establish KPIs and goals, in partnership with the head of marketing. In order to manage & effectively allocate budget, this person will need to be able to define what success looks like for sales, awareness and content creation initiatives.
• Understand our customer & brand: Develop a deep understanding of our brand, the stories we want to tell, be able to identify, recruit and activate influencers and creators who can effectively & authentically disseminate our brand messages.
• Build long-term relationships with creators, influencers & managers

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience influencer marketing campaigns, working directly with influencers across Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, etc
• A finger on the pulse of the ever-changing world of influencer marketing and pop culture
• Strong Creative skills; must have experience working with influencer to develop unique concepts to integrate brand deals into engaging content
• Strong interpersonal skills; professional, polite and respectful. Must be able to both negotiate strongly while maintaining goodwill and building relationships with influencers, managers, agencies, etc.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment
• Highly motivated to grow and learn
• Experience building brand ambassadorship or affiliate marketing for smaller influencers
• Experienced with social and influencer software tools
• Experience developing and deploying company swag/merch for influencers
• Bonus: Experience in manipulating data from platforms such Google Analytics, Excel, etc
• Bonus: You’ve run your own influencer campaigns, worked with YouTube influencers, and/or coordinated with a Paid Marketing team
