About the Role
As the Influencer and Community Coordinator you will be a creator/influencer expert and have a passion for managing those campaigns and relationships. You will be reporting to the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to support in growing their community by working directly with influencers on campaigns, gifting, events, and ambassador related deliverables.
Your Skillset
- 3+ years experience working with brand ambassadors, influencers, managing social campaigns using influencer content, or related community management experience including influencers as community members.
- An understanding of the creator economy and how influencers run their businesses
- Strong knowledge of building campaigns leveraging influencer content including sourcing influencers, reaching out to influencers to invite them to join a campaign, creating campaign briefs, approving content, and organizing influencer payment processes and workflows.
- Strong ability to communicate in a tone-appropriate and professional manner via DM and emails with influencers, their managers, and agents.
- Nice to have experience working in a startup, e-commerce or social commerce
