About The Team
SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career — from TikTok integrated promotion tools to universal music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation. SoundOn exists to give every music creator & label the power to authentically connect with new audiences and "do music" their way.
1.Responsible for overall product strategy, analyse, discover and verify innovative ways to develop product experience according core business goals.
2.Define the multi-year roadmap to identify key needs, pain-points and produce actionable solutions on user growth and community develop.
3.Conduct product demand research, planning, and productization. Manage and strengthen a team of product managers to complete product design and project landing, utilizing data driven strategies to influence product decisions.
4.Work closely with cross-functional partners to identify, assess and resolve related issues in our products and processes, coordinate resources to promote the implementation.Qualifications1. Bachelor degree or higher, having 8+ years experience in the product area, and product management experience is highly preferred.
2. Highly data-sensitive, capable of in-depth interpretation, knows how to use data to identify problems, find opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in product.
3. Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills.
4. Has a global vision and enthusiasm and pays continuous attention to global internet products.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $375000 - $750000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
