Telesign is seeking an enthusiastic Influencer & Executive Communications Manager to oversee the company’s influencer relations and executive thought leadership programs to drive brand awareness as it relates to the company’s communications strategy, culture, and values. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Public Relations, this person should have exceptional writing skills and a passion for communications strategy and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities

  • Create and lead an influencer relations program by building a consortium of industry influencers that Telesign can cultivate to help drive brand awareness
  • Solid understanding and successful track record of managing thought leadership programs
  • Drive global thought leadership program and measure results
  • Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of communications external and internal channels, including executive leadership’s social and thought leadership platforms
  • Develop collaborative working relationship with key partners, including executive leadership
  • Support media training and speaker preparation
  • Coordinate with our US PR agency and manage the development and execution of Influencer plans/campaigns and thought leadership platforms
  • Find creative ways to produce and tell stories across existing channels
  • Manage and translate complex business issues into compelling and clear messages
  • Collaborate with global teammates and executives across multiple departments, locations, and time-zones to drive maximum impact of results

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant work experience in social media, communications, marketing, public relations, or equivalent practical experience
  • Established relationships with B2B influencers with a concentration on the technology and digital industries
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple and compelling messaging for a variety of audiences
  • Prior experience at a PR or Marketing agency preferred, with an emphasis on B2B or B2B2C
  • Hands-on experience in content management and creation
  • Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion
  • Experience with audience and stakeholder analysis through data and success metric tracking
  • A portfolio demonstrating writing skills
